What You'll Do:
• Lead with Innovation: Use your expertise in data warehousing to design and develop solutions that enable seamless delivery of data across our organization.
• Data Mastery: Create, enhance, and manage ETL processes that transform unstructured data into structured, actionable insights.
• Architect for Success: Design logical data models, implement physical database structures, and develop smart data integration (SDI) objects that support our data strategy.
• Optimize and Tune: Ensure the accuracy and performance of our data warehouse and ETL operations through continuous optimization, troubleshooting, and quality reviews.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing clear documentation and technical guidance to ensure our data architecture meets current and future needs.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years as an ETL Developer or Data Analyst, with strong experience in data modeling, database design, and ETL tools like SSIS.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS SQL Server, knowledge of cloud platforms like Snowflake and SAP HANA, and experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a passion for resolving data anomalies and optimizing performance.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
