Informatica Developer - ETL

The Application Developer - (Informatica - ETL) is an essential team member responsible for developing high performing solutions for the ETL in Correspondence program. The Informatica - ETL Developer should be able to work with other members of the team on best practices around application development. They should be flexible and willing to learn new programming skills and should be able to migrate existing solutions from one development stack to another based-on organization roadmap. Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in the design and delivery of our integration projects across multiple business domains Contribute to key phases of the development lifecycle Designs and develops high quality and high performance ETL process Develops unit tests and provides code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality Support existing ETL tools, architecture, and code Solves or recommends solutions for complex issues and problems Documents designs, issues, and solutions as needed Collaborates within the Agile framework, fosters a team approach to software development and delivery Actively engages improving software delivery through DevOps and other Agile practices Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing ETL process with Informatica toolset Minimum 1-2 years of experience in developing ETL process with IICS Minimum 2-3 years of SQL experience in a professional setting Well versed with multi-threaded applications, file-based integrations and database integrations Experience in building and supporting ETL batch process including Delta & Full loads Proficiency with Linux platform Knowledge on Amazon Web Services and launching of EC2 instances and its maintenance Knowledge of Data Transformation, Complex Match and Merge process is a must Experience in writing and executing Junit or similar unit tests Strong experience in performance monitoring and SLAs for ETL jobs Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and learn quickly Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems or relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of ETL Process Management End to End Knowledge of Data Warehouse Architecture Knowledge of Performance Tuning the ETL scripts Healthcare experience Experience working with GIT for version control Experience in Agile environments and methodologies Have expertise in large distributed systems, legacy systems experience Excellent verbal, written, and inter-personal communication skills Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
