An international restaurant chain in Schaumburg, IL is looking for a Bilingual Chinese/ English Restaurant Lead to manage their operations.
Main Responsibilities
• Developing and planning work schedule for staff
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Coordinate and work with servers and cooks for smooth operation
• Training staff to meet restaurant’s expectations
• Work with staff to ensure the restaurant is delivering excellent service and food to the customers
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment to uphold the restaurant’s image
Requirements
• Standing for long periods of time
• Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
• Work in a busy environment
• Leadership skills to motivate your team
• Rotating shift
