This is a six month contract, with likelihood to convert to a permanent employee. The expectation is this candidate will work 40 hours a week.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, G&A Applications, the Sr. Solutions Architect Finance Systems will be responsible for the architecture and administration of the Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and, Coupa applications ensuring that day-to-day functionality, maintenance, patches, and upgrades align with IT compliance requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Owns the execution of day-to-day functional and technical configuration and support of NetSuite environments including module implementations, enhancements, integrations and other special projects
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including SOX and lead application-related processes including change, release, access, & SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) management
• Leads the development and execution of the NetSuite application strategic roadmap aligned with the overall business & IT strategies
• Facilitates intake of end user enhancements and project requests, having the ability to transform user requirements into the appropriate system specifications and configuration
• Acts as system SME for and provides training and coaching for end users
• Drives process improvement initiatives, by working with business stakeholders to articulate problem statements, analyze processes/data, in an effort to identify solutions and alternatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant focus
• 10+ years previous experience with implementing and supporting ERP application upgrades, enhancements and migrations for Cloud and On-Premise ERP applications
• NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience with, in depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, data migration and varied conversion tools
• Strong knowledge of key financial processes such as Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, Record to Report, and Fixed Assets
• 5 years of hand-on experience executing SOX/SOC and ITGC compilation and reviews
• 2+ years’ experience leading the administration of NetSuite or similar ERP applications
• Project management experience leading both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficient in SQL, Java and/or Gen AI for efficient data validation Skills:
• Full functional and technical experience with implementation and post go-live support and maintenance of ERP applications • Familiarity with data integrations and dynamic reporting tools such as Power BI
• Other G&A applications experience (Coupa, ADP, IronClad experience preferred, if possible)
• Strong communication skills (written and oral in order to provide summaries and updates on work completed)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong self-starting skills and ability to work within established timelines.
