Employees can expect to be in the office a couple of days per week as needed for meetings and team collaboration and should live within a commutable distance.  What we do: As an IT End User Support Associate, you will be a member of the Elevated Business Support team providing dedicated Tier 2 support to the Bank’s Markets, Research & Statistics, Supervision, and Executive business areas. You will resolve requests and issues with computers, cellphones, software, and conference room technology, meet with business areas, review ticket volume, participate in software and application release management testing and planning, be a member of technology workgroups, and lead small projects. You will report to the IT End User Support Manager on the Technology Group’s End User Services team Your role as IT End User Support Associate - Elevated Business Support: Implements and supports scalable/flexible workplace technologies working in close coordination with the Bank's Technology Group, the Federal Reserve's System IT, and vendor service providers. Responsible for supporting all end-user technology. We seek a seasoned technology professional who is an individual contributor and: • Works independently with limited supervision and may manage projects / processes. •Collaborates with, coaches and reviews the work of other team members. • Problems and challenges faced are difficult and sometimes complex. • Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. • Tactical (40%) – focused on the plans to achieve goals and objectives – the “how”, Transactional (60%) – carries out defined steps or processes. What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience in independently providing “high touch” End User Support/Services with a broad technology portfolio. Proven ability to work with a team of onsite and remote support technicians. Demonstrated vendor management operations experience. Has practical knowledge of project and process management with the ability to drive programs to implementation. Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and SLAs such as ServiceNow. Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
