Our client, a leading online content and entertainment company, is seeking a talented Front-End Software Engineer to help enhance their internal Content Management System and support their growing platform. As the Front-End Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance frontend applications. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with talented teams to build and improve the CMS, focusing on creating scalable, robust, and user-friendly solutions.
This is a fully remote long-term temporary opportunity.
Pay: $83.00/hr
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to define and validate UI requirements and prototypes.
• Create and manage reusable, efficient, and accessible UI components.
• Integrate with backend services using GraphQL or REST APIs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI technology trends and advocate for innovation.
Must-Haves:
• At least 3+ years of recent experience as a Front-End Engineer, focusing on UI components.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with detailed examples of recent projects included in your resume.
• Extensive experience with React and GraphQL, with specific examples outlined in your resume.
• Knowledge of CSS, CSS pre-processors (like SASS/LESS), and frameworks (such as Bootstrap or Material-UI).
• Understanding of modern front-end build tools and pipelines.
• Ability to optimize components for performance across different devices and browsers.
