Chinese Customer Service Representative
Language Skills:
• Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese
Role Requirements:
• Provide customer service and support to Chinese-speaking customers
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Travel:
• No travel is required for this role
Working Schedule:
• Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week
• The schedule is fixed and non-negotiable
• NewYork time 9 am to 5 PM EST.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
