Role Description
This is a full-time HR Specialist role at Homary.com. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various HR tasks including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management, Support HRBP in the United States, and the main task in the early stage is recruitment.
This is a hybrid role, based in New Jersey, Atlanta, New York or Huston with flexibility location.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Chinese language (Mandarin)
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
