Role: HR Generalist / Account Manager
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: starting at $75,000 (D.O.E.)

Summary:
The HR Generalist / Account Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive HR and client support to the company. This includes a wide range of tasks, such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits and payroll, administering leave, and handling employee relations issues. The HR Generalist / Relationship Manager also plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with the company's clients.
Responsibilities:
· Recruiting and Onboarding/Termination:
o Source and screen candidates for open positions
o Conduct interviews and select candidates for hire
o Prepare and issue job offers
o Onboard new employees and termination of other employees for the company
· Employee Relations:
o Handle employee inquiries and complaints
o Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
o Conduct performance appraisals when needed
o Administer disciplinary action, as needed
· Benefits and Payroll:
o Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration
o Assist CFO with processing payroll accurately and on time when needed
· Leave Administration:
o Track and approve employee leave requests
o Maintain leave balances for all employees
o Comply with all applicable leave laws and regulations
· Accounts Relations:
o Maintain strong relationships with the company's clients
o Collaborate with the accounts team on financial matters
o Assist CFO with the preparation of financial reports when/if needed
· Other HR Duties:
o Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
o Conduct HR training for employees
o Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations
o Provide general HR support to all employees
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Accounts Relations role
· Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: Starting $75,000, plus bonus (D.O.E.)
