What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Reporting Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with Investment Advisors and their teams to onboard Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients to our reporting solution. You will be responsible for facilitating client requests, providing exceptional support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This is a unique opportunity to work with our largest investment teams and highest value clients, ensuring they receive an unparalleled reporting experience.
What will you do?
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors and their teams to onboard UHNW clients to our reporting solution.
• Facilitate client requests and provide timely support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the reporting solution.
• Maintain strong relationships with Investment Advisors and their teams.
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client onboarding, support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and investment management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
