Swathing, raking and baling a plus- CDL License a plus but not required, but experience in semi preferred
Need a clean DMV record- Dependable, hardworking, self-starter, motivated, and shows initiative with good communication and positive attitude, working as a team JOB DESCRIPTION: Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a well-qualified Farm Equipment Operator able to work independently, safely, and efficiently with experience operating and maintaining large equipment
This position is located in Nebraska
Looking for an individual that has a strong Ag background, solid character, good communication skills, and strong core of values
Farm runs "farm plates", so CDL is not required, but would like to see some experience as one will pull side dump, grain, and hay trailers
Emphasis will be given to those that are diverse on the farming side in their skill set and can show good stability and references
Person willing to jump on and assist as needed or has ability to retain focus and work on their own independently
