Responsibilities

Job Summary
This cross-functional position works under the direction of HonorHealth Heart Care (Honor Heart) Dyad Leaders.

Role holds a pivotal responsibility in steering HonorHealth Heart Care to achieve financial and operational excellence.

Partners with key stakeholders and leaders on the strategic design and execution of comprehensive business development plans that cater to the needs of Cardiovascular patients, and drives efficiencies, resource, optimization, physician alignment and engagement, increased market share, increased market presence and strong branding.

Fosters a culture of financial accountability in a cross-functional manner across the entire continuum of cardiovascular care. Promotes a culture of professionalism, accountability, collaboration, innovation and research while actively supporting the mission, vision, values, and critical goals of the organization.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for HonorHeart, including revenue and expense analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling. Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, profitability, and return on investment, to assess the financial performance of HonorHeart. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements across the entire continuum of cardiovascular care, including Medical Group practices. Collaborate with finance and revenue cycle teams to ensure coding, billing, and reimbursement processes, and address any financial or coding-related issues. Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting the financial performance and key performance indicators of HonorHeart.
• Partners with appropriate internal stakeholders and departments to conduct comprehensive market research and internal analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, emerging patient needs in Cardiovascular care. Execute plans to drive growth, market expansion, and revenue generation for HonorHeart, aligning with the overall organizational goals.
Support Strategy Department with data to help evaluate and prioritize potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations that can enhance capabilities and broaden reach. Monitor industry dynamics, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement policies to proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance to adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators related to business development efforts, such as patient volume, market share, referral patterns, and financial performance, and develop strategies to drive continuous improvement. Support senior leaders and key stakeholders with data to help evaluate and prioritize potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations that can enhance the service line's capabilities and broaden its reach. Ongoing refinement of data dashboards and reports.
• Develop capital plan for entire continuum of cardiovascular care.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business cases and feasibility studies for new programs, services, and partnerships.
Monitors, compliance to co-management initiatives. Partner with stakeholders on accurate data gathering, compliance, oversight and reimbursement.
Partner with key stakeholders to collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective communication strategies and materials to promote the service line's services and achievements.
