User Agreement

Introduction
1.1 Contract
You agree to all terms in this User Agreement when using our services. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.
1.2 Services
This Contract applies to Basttie LLC, our website www.rockdrip.com, apps, and related services (collectively, "Services").
1.3 Changes
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective means you agree to the updated terms.
Obligations
2.1 Service Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2.2 Your Account
You agree to (1) use a strong password and keep it confidential; (2) not transfer any part of your account; and (3) follow applicable laws and our policies.
Rights and Limits
3.1 Your License to Us
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process content you provide through our Services, including your resume and any uploaded information. You agree that we may retain this information for our records even after you close your account.
3.2 Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services.
3.3 Other Content and Services
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or any other aspect of content provided by other users or third parties through our Services.
3.4 Limits
We reserve the right to limit your use of the Services, including restricting or terminating your account if you violate this Agreement.
Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
4.1 No Warranty
We provide the Services "as is" without express or implied warranties.
4.2 Exclusion of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
4.3 User Content Liability
We do not take responsibility for any illegal or infringing content uploaded or shared by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any content they post on our Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a legal dispute, the governing law and jurisdiction will depend on your location:
6.1 For Users in the United States:
You and Besttie LLC agree that the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Agreement and the Services. You and Besttie LLC agree that all claims and disputes can be litigated only in the federal or state courts in the State of California, U.S.A., and you and Besttie LLC each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
6.2 For Users outside of the United States (collectively, "Designated Countries" ):
The laws of Designated Countries govern all claims related to Besttie LLC's provision of the Services. However, this shall not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country where you have habitual residence. Concerning jurisdiction, you and Besttie LLC agree to choose the country's courts where you have a habitual residence for all disputes arising from or relating to this User Agreement. Alternatively, you may choose the responsible court in Designated Countries.
6.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution:
Besttie LLC offers an alternative dispute resolution communication for all users, regardless of location, through admin@rockdrip.com. This service is designed to provide a fair and efficient resolution process for disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution terms and agree to be bound by them.
General Terms
If any part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
